POSITION – Die Caster / General Labor

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:15pm. (other shifts also available)

STARTING PAY – $19.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train

As a Die Caster / General Laborer, you will be working in a manufacturing environment assisting with die casting operations and secondary processes. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate trim presses and sand blasters
• Quality inspect parts
• Assist with die casting operations
• Handle and move cast parts throughout the process
• Perform general labor duties as needed in production
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment
• Ability to work in a warm, physical environment
• Ability to train on 1st shift for one week
• Reliable, punctual, and open to working overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
